Liv glanced from Encore to Tara, they were completely different. Olivia had gotten a gelding because they were supposed to be less work then mares and stallions. (Of course they would be less work then stallions, but she assumed they would be easier to handle than mares as well, since mares.. were well most of them were bitchy, the ones she had ridden anyway). Liv listened as Sky spoke about his other horse and jumping him, she smiled lightly. He had lots of experience falling off while jumping, on Encore.. Liv debated getting another horse. 'My foster mum's horse. He was called... Encore' Ollie glanced at Sky as he talked about another horse named Encore. The gelding pricked his ears forward at his name and lifted his head, like a proud stallion might do. Liv rolled her eyes at her horse and he snorted in reply to Tara. Liv half smiled at Sky, though it seemed like a lip spazzum to her. "Hmm.." She said absently, thinking.
Olivia tried to think of something to say, anything.. She just did not want silence again. Sky spoke again and ended with an 'eh'. Liv giggled quietly, hoping he had not heard. She did not want to offend him.. "Sorry.." She mumbled under her breath incase he had heard her laughing at him, again. She was not laughing in a rude way, she thought it was cute when he said 'eh'. She frowned slightly then sighed, "I rode an appaloosa once.. he was crazy too.. but not like my horse.." Liv smirked faintly. The blue roan gelding tossed his head in annoyance (almost like he had understood what Olivia had said about him), he wanted to run and excercise not walk along an old trail. Liv gave him another bump up on the reins causing him to toss his head more. "Oh stop it." She growled at the gelding.

sky lark terrace ---------------------------------------//------------ [/b] he said as tara flicked her head, moving the mass of forelock so it rested on one side of her face, giving her a sultry look. she then pulled on the reins, and sky glanced at olivia. "Would you mind if we went for a gallop? I don't think Tara can stand waking anymore." he laughed slightly, and then asked tara to go into a trot. he glanced sideways to see if liv was with him and then decided to post with the mare's overly springy action. Olivia glanced at Sky, hoping she had not offended him. His expression made it seem like she did not, so she relaxed a bit more. 'Ha, most of them are quite off the norm' Sky said in response to her appaloosa statement, she half smiled again. It was very true, but that had gone for all (or at least most of them) of the horses she had ridden, they were all crazy. She huffed at Encore tossing his head and trying to yank her out of her tack again. He was a little too hyperactive today, perhaps she should have lunged him before going out on a ride. 'Would you mind if we went for a gallop? I don't think Tara can stand waking anymore.' Sky spoke, she glanced up at him as he began to trot along. Encore began to get antsy, tossing his head even more and pulling on the reins. "Yea, sure. It might help Encore too." She laughed slightly, allowing Encore to go forward and into a fast paced trot along side Sky and Tara. Hopefully they would not run into (literally) anyone else on the trail (she did not want to chance losing her horse again..).

Encore whinnied, lifted his head up higher as Liv allowed him to go at a forward speed. Liv grinned at the sound of the hoof beats cantering down the trail, it was such a beautiful noise. Liv watched as Sky allowed Tara to go forward, Encore moved into a more forward canter but oddly did not seem to want to gallop in front of Tara and Sky. Liv patted him for this, usually he was a very competitive brat but right now was different. The winding trail finally straightened out, Liv relaxed again having feared that Encore might bump into the other horse (though he never did). She mainly focused on the trail ahead, listening to the pattern of footfalls created by the two horses as they galloped on, it was soothing to her. Liv glanced up, seeing Sky look back at her as Tara moved at a more forward pace. Seeing the grin on Sky's face she could not help but smile as well, it was like a chain reaction. Liv could not remember a time before this where she had smiled this much, or even half of this much. Being here, she finally felt happy for once, and she did not ever want to give it up.

Olivia smirked at Tara's buck of joy when Sky as he allowed her to go forward. She watched them get further ahead, but Encore felt no need to catch up. She patted him and moved her hands forward so he could run, he did so only when she let him though. It was weird; Encore was being so polite at the moment. 'Oh well,' she thought to herself, better go with it. Before she knew it, they were flying behind Tara and Sky and fairly soon, they would be ripping through the barn. Encore continued to toss his head in the stimulation, loving that he was able to go out for a gallop. Liv enjoyed every second of it as well, she had never ridden Encore without him being a total spazz the whole time.
As they got even closer to the barn, Liv asked Encore to slow his place and he did. Wow, this was certainly an improvement over earlier. She gave him a pat, so he could recognize good behavior and he tossed his head happily, giving a quick buck of joy before she slowed his pace even more. She found herself laughing quietly through the excitement, as Encore gave another small buck then shifted to a trot just as they were right in front of the barn. She turned him away and allowed him to walk around with his head for a moment, to catch his breath. Liv glanced at Sky and could not hold back a grin. [250]
