country of origin: westlock, alberta
occupation: worked for and ran a riding stable.

appearance
his poor vision is a bit of a flaw, as he looses his contacts often and has no idea where his glasses are. he's nearsighted, making it hard to see things like dressage markers when he doesn't have them in. his bushy eyebrows distract people from his eyes. despite his muscle he has a rather bony structure shoulderblades jutting out of his back.
hair: he has thick, black hair and it's normally in a fohawk style or gelled back. he can make everything look good, even though he rarely brushes it.
eyes: some would say that domenic's best feature is his lean physique, but he thinks that his eyes are the best part of him. they are a light glossy brown and are always sparkling with spirit, even when he is depressed. they are intense and soulful, it is very easy to get lost while gazing into them.
face: domenic always has a bit of a dark look about him, with his often furrowed thick brows and his rather serious expression. he can smile though, and when he's talking to a girl he likes those perfect lips are nearly always upturned in amusement.
clothing:his taste in clothes could be a bit 'nerdy' for some peoples tastes, he doesn't normally wear brand name clothing. he's most often decked out in dark jeans and a warm sweater or a t-shirt, nothing too fancy. domenic sometimes wears thickly-rimmed glasses, but now wears contacts because he's constantly loosing them. he is always wearing a heavy silver watch that his father gave to him before he left to go here. he looks amazing in a suit.

personality
dislikes: he doesn't like slutty girls or people who ask him too many questions. he hates being told what to do. if you even try to mock him or make fun of whatever he's doing he'll take you out in a second. domenic can dislike himself, he thinks he's too confusing for anyone to get very close to, with having two different personalities. he doesn't like kids much, they annoy him. he dislikes people who assume things about him because of the way he acts at one moment, you can't really make one judgment on him based off one time. domenic hates people who try to fit in too much or dumb themselves down to fit in a certain group, he doesn't like being something he's not and would rather have people dislike him for who he is than love him for something he's not. he dislikes r&b and pop music. metal, alternative and heavy rock is his style, although he certainly doesn't look like the type of person that enjoys that kind of music.
aspirations: his biggest dream is to come back to the farm a far better rider to boost the farm's reputation to superstardom. he wants to find the perfect girl for him, someone that will take the time to really know him and not just admire what he is on the outside.
fears: he's really not afraid of much- he's too arrogant to let fears really drag him down. but he does fear death, falling off his horse, and failing classes. it's pretty average for such an unaverage person.

overall personality: domenic is a very interesting person.
one half of him is quiet, held back. it is the side that loves his horse and spends days locked up in his house reading and sketching. this part of him is calm and rational, the side seen when he's around his horse and when he's alone. when he's like this he isn't very outgoing or flirty, rather, he's shy and bashful, like a cute kid that no one's really friends with. he's not going to do anything stupid or make any decisions. he's focused on something completely and only concerns himself with that and nothing else. he's compassionate and reluctant to socialize with anyone other than his closest friends or family.
then, there's his other side...
on this half of him he's thingyy and arrogant, defying everything he can and having no shame in anything he does. he's overly confident and flirty, doing things on impulse. he does things that he'll regret later. this is basically what he is at first glance, outgoing, sexy, fun, and daring. he loves to party hard and live it up, no matter the consequences. he'll do anything he wants even if it's not the best idea at the moment. he comes off as that hot jerk type, the kind that won't hesitate to tear up your heart for his own good.
he often uses his good looks and classic charm to get his way into things. he can manipulate people with ease and can act well. he's a natural liar and can fake it better than anyone. he's intelligent and learns quickly. he can be a hard worker at times, but when he's being stupid and showing off he slacks off.
his split personalities are like a curse to him. he'll do things and then regret them when he's thinking rationally again. when people get close to hem he becomes uncomfortable, scared that they won't like his calmer side and are only liking him because of their first impressions.

overall history:
his life[/u]
stumbling, 0-3 yrs old:: he was probably the most spoiled, happy baby there could ever be. both of his parents loved him deeply and would do anything in their power to help him along. he was actually a very small baby but grew fast. he didn't have any health problems, besides the fact that he liked to roll around on the floor a lot instead of trying to walk or crawl.
discovery, 3-5 yrs old:: domenic was taken as a toddler to lots of horse shows, often watching his father ride while he and his mother cheered from the sidelines. he discovered his love for equestrian sport and enjoyed colouring all over the walls of their house. he was successful in pre-school, displaying his great social abilities when he was with other kids his age.
genesis, 6-8 yrs old:: he was even more successful in school and quite the over-achiever, trying everything new that he could. he rode his father's horse sometimes, his father leading him and the horse around and around in endless circles, the black-haired boy constantly shouting 'again! again, daddy!'. for his eighth birthday his mother bought him his first horse, a little welsh pony called shetty. the two got into mischief around the barn, competing in 4-h shows and trail riding with his parents.
europhic, 8-10 yrs old:: domenic and shetty were an excellent pair, and everything seemed to be going right in his life. his mother and father were still madly in love, he was an honor student and he was very popular in school. there was always a group of dirty, messy kids following the cheerful boy around. he would invite them over and they would take turns riding shetty until his father thought they'd ride the poor pony into the dirt.
puberty, 10-13 yrs old:: at this point, the two characters seemed to appear in him. he began to get arrogant and defiant to the parents he usually obeyed without question. he took up quite the interest in girls and dating, often taking out his father's thoroughbred to show off his riding skills. he began to grow more handsome instead of child like, and looked way beyond his age. he started to get more muscular and eventually had to sell shetty because he was getting too tall for the pony.
tragedy, 13-16 yrs old:: his mother was killed in a car crash, sending his father into a three year depression. things got awfully quiet at the farm and they laid off a couple of workers, only keeping their closest friends there. now domenic's two personas were clear, and he began to get involved in the 'wrong' crowd, getting into sex and drugs to get away from the depression at the farm. his riding skills declined and he found himself away from the barn frequently.
rebirth, 16-18 yrs old:: after the years of struggle things began to get better. he got out of that 'crowd' and went back to his horse and pulled his father out of his sadness. graduating college, he worked at the farm and built himself a house on the opposite side of the 800 acre facility, getting half of the land for himself. domenic began to compete professionally and train harder, working off of the drugs and eventually staying clean for three years.
regular, 18-23 yrs old:: he made his half of the land into his own facility for dressage competitions, and built his life around that, boarding horses and training them. he left the farm occasionally to go socialize outside of the farm, and met a lot of people. he made money off of the farm and was perfectly happy, but getting a bit restless. he was in quite a few relationships but they didn't last very long.
curiosity, 23 yrs:: he was growing very restless and decided to leave the farm after living there for so long. he took one of his favorite horses and left, deciding that he needed to get away and earn more money for the farm, as long as getting his name out in the horse industry.
