Jake Warner
Jake Warner walked into the Lakeview Café. All he was really planning on have was a black coffee. That was his favourite kind. He was like the old fashion type. He liked girls that were also sort of the way. He walked to the back of the café to a booth, where he took off his jacket and threw it in the seat. Today he was wearing a beige t-shirt and wholly jeans. He was In a great mood today and for some reason more than any other day before he move here.
A bright looking female waitress came to his table and started to hand him a menu. “Its okay, I already know what im ordering.” He said politely to the waitress. “Id like a black coffee please,”
The waitress walked away and came back a minute later with a black coffee. “Thanks,” He said before the waitress walked away. Jake sipped on his coffee, looking out over the beautiful view. It would have looked magnificent if it was fall instead of spring. The water was calm while boats rushed over it. Though it was early in the season they were fishing boats. Some kind of fish had to be out there. He took another sip of his coffee and set the cup down before twirling his finger around the handle of it. He was kind of bored now. No one to talk to and not really any place to go. |

The light petals of the freshly bloomed flowers gleamed against the morning dew. Light purples and yellows were outside Lakeveiw Cafe when she went out, and Gabi loved it. The old fall leaves crunched under Gabi's blue heels, and she smiled to herself. Today, she had chosen to put on her not-so-favorite yellow and blue dress with her blue heels and matching blue purse, which she eagerly switched from her black and red leather one this morning. Coating a fresh gloss of Cinabon flavored lip gloss, she walked into the clear double doors of the Cafe, ready for a morning pick-me-up. Yellow and silver and blue jewlery dangled from her ears, neck, wrists and rings as she opened the door and strutted in. She smiled warmly to the server, then passed by into the back booth with a boy. He had shaggy and gute blondish hair that was messy and was drinking black coffee. Gabi grinned and confidently went over and slid herself into the booth across from him. "Hey there. Mind if I sit here?" She added in a eyelash bat and wink for her special affect.

Jake Warner
Jake looked out over the blue water. The flowers were blooming and the sun radiated off the water. It was a nice day out, just after noon. He continued to sip at his coffee. It was a sweet black goodness. He took a long drink and set the coffee on the middle of the table. The table was amusing. He traced his finger across the lines in the table. There was now a cold breeze coming to the back of the cafe. Someone had to of come inside. The only other way a breeze like that could have been was if someone had opened a window. There was a girl. A petite girl that was wearing a blue and yellow dressing with the matching blue heels and purse. She was pretty. A potential girlfriend possibly. She was walking towards him looking confindently. She slid into the seat across from him. he listened to what she was saying. Her voice was like a sound from heaven.
"Hello. Go right ahead and sit. Don't be afraid, I don't bite," He said to her politely. "My name is Jake Warner," He then said standing up and holding out his hand. |

Gabi giggle smiled and reached her hand out. The firm grip of the boy sent shivers up her spine, and her cheeks got hot. The redness was usually just her natural rosy cheeks, but turned into real blush. It didn't matter though, for he was defiantly thinking about her the same way by the looks of his face. She warmly sat back down and looked around for a waiter or waitress. She caught ones eye and they came over, handing her a menu. Gabrielle grinned and fingered through the menu, only to decide on a simple lemonade, early in the morning. As the girl left, Gabi spoke."So. Have any horses?" She cooed in her crisp English accent. She was trying to figure out what this guy liked. Flirtatious, or caring and shy. Confident or not too cocky? She would find out, but for now, Gabi would be herself. She giggled a bit and turned out to the window, resting her left elbow on the table and her chin on her hand that was curled into a light fist. She didn't even notice the woman bring her lemonade back.

Jake Sat back down. He looked at the girl. She hadn't yet said her name, but again Jake never asked her. He took another sip of his coffee. Her cheeks turned blush after she giggled a little. "Yes i do have a horse. Her name is Reza," He said to the girl trying to keep a straight face. "What about you? Do you own any horses?" He asked her lightly. He reached up to scratch just above his eye brow. Her giggle was cute, but something that he would have to get used to. He was very interested in this girl now. She seemed like a good type of girlfriend. He wanted to ask her a whole bunch of questions, but something told her that he would get his chance to ask them later on. He also turned to look back out the window and clasped his hands around his coffee cup while she stared out the window, but on thing distracted him - Her. What was her name exactly? Something tole him that she was going to get around to that. He hadn't really noticed what she had ordered. So she likes lemonade does she? Jake himself was a big lemonade drinker and probably should have ordered that indtead of a coffee but for some reason he wanted the caffine. |

Wanting more of not just the lemonade, Gabi was surly wanting to talk and get to know Jake Warner a lot more. She smiled seriously as she searched his eyes for a giveaway. Gazing into them, she noted that they were a gorgeous shade of greenish brown(right?) and so creamy she could fall into them and drown. She smiled a genuine smile and began sipping her lemonade through her pink straw. The waitress came by and asked for another order if any, and Gabi smile politely and ordered a scone. About two minutes of silence later, she returned. Gabi looked at the scone and back to Jake. "I have about 4 horses. They are Nila, Freedom, Rumor, and Missouri. They are dolls."She giggled at her use of a old word, and took a bite of her scone. She had an idea that a crumb was on her bottom lip, but left it. In case of, other things wanting to get it off............

Jake loved this day the best since he had moved here. He hadn’t met anyone other that this girl. She was very pretty. A better word would be exquisite. Or something more along the lines, of a word not know to man. Jake stared back into her eyes as she was looking into his. They were a nice shade of brown (right?). You couldn’t really tell what she was thinking from her eyes, but he doubted that she could see into his emotions either. They were all locked up behind a heavy metal door with numerous padlocks. “Do I not get the pleasure of knowing your name?” He asked her since she hadn’t yet stated her name. When the waitress returned with her scone she looked at it then took a bit. Crumbs fell onto the plate that it was on and a crumb stayed on her lips. Jake leaned across the table and with his index finger wiped it off. He didn’t know if she would be mad but he did it anyways. He leaned back across on his side of the table and smiled widely, while waiting to see what her reaction was.

Grinning her big grin again, Gabi looked down embarrassed and she could feel her cheeks get hot. Not her normal hotness and rosey cheeks, but a real blush. Once she cooled down which only took a few seconds, she lifted her head up and placed her elbow down on the table, and rested her face on her hands. "I am Gabrielle Wolfe. Please, call me Gabi, though." She smiled and batted her long black eyelashes for a moment. Gabi looked out the window and absentmindedly ruffled her long locks so they looked more natural and not so forced into curls, which it wasn't. Gabi's hair was one-hundred percent natural and would always be like that. "So.., Jake. Are you busy tonight?" She asked. Gabi had no idea what she would ask him if he wasn't busy, but right now she was reeling him in a bit with her charm.

Jake watched as her face turned red. He didn't mind that she was blushing. He thought it was cute. Her blush wasn't the only thing that was cute. She was incrediably beautiful herself. He watched her place her head in her hands before she said her name. "Its nice to meet you Gabi," He scratched at his eyebrow that had an iche. "Um... Actually i'm not doing anything at all tonight. Why do you ask?" He knew what she was getting into he also was going to ask her out to dinner or something nice like that. But it seemed like she was getting at it first.

Gabi giggle-grinned and batted her eyelashes some more. He was incredibly cute, and would make all the girls around her jealous. Gabi was already swooning over this heart-throb. The black haired sweetie sat up straight and sat on her hands nervously. She laughed as her eyebrows knitted together and was wondering what she should or would ask. "Hmm..." she pondered out loud, then blushed as she realized she had actually made him more interested. "Want to go to the fair tonight? It's nice out...." she led off her sentence with a confident grin. Of course, everyone knew the fair was the best place for a first "date".

Her jaw dropped a bit after he payed for her bill. She smiled the biggest smile she had all night and replied with a sweet, "thank you". After everything including the annoying waitress was gone, she stood up and grabbed her jacket slowly from the seat. She was thinking about a small kiss on the cheek, but decided against it and to save something for tonight. "You can pick me up around...lets say....six? It is always better at night." She winked and slid out of the booth. She waited for a goodbye, with her hip popped and her jacket swung over her arm.
